Shiatsu:
For our Shiatsu mats we use strictly non-toxic filling materials, usually lambswool fleece, which can optionally be combined with horsehair or hemp. The cover is made of firm cotton twill, uncoloured or coloured. The Shiatsu mats are rollable. They can also be fixed with sewed in straps on request.
The size may vary according to requirements, typically between 80 x 200 cm and 240 x 200 cm. Various support cushions are available.

Meditation:
We offer two types of round meditation cushions (zafu).
The classic Japanese variant traditionally has 22 pleats and is filled with kapok. One pleat is overlapping a slit, making restuffing easy.
The second type of cushion covers comes with straight kerb, handle and zipper. The cushions are filled with buckwheat hulls, which, in contrast to spelt husks, don't cave in.
All cushions are generally double-stitched and available in many colours.

Zabuton (sitting mats) can have different fillings, for instance multi-layered lambswool fleece or hemp. The common size is 90 x 90 cm, but of course you may choose colour, size and filling individually for these mats as well. The same applies to yoga mats.
